How do I sign up?

When you download the Pitstop app you will be guided through an onboarding process to register and start your 7-day free trial.

What platforms can I use to access Pitstop?

The Pitstop app is available on iOS and Android.

For iPhone & iPod Touch you will need to be running version 13.0 or later. For Android, version 5.0 and later is required.

How much does a Pitstop subscription cost?

After the 7-day free trial period, an annual subscription costs $49.99. This provides you with access to all of our in-app content (updated twice weekly). We also offer a monthly subscription which is $9.99.

Where does Pitstop get its content from?

The Pitstop app provides bite-sized content packed with tangible actions from articles, books, podcasts. Our catalogue contains hundreds of briefs featuring tailored actions and habits to turbocharge your journey to improved wellness.

We also have a team of in-house experts covering fields including sleep health and testosterone therapy. They create specialized content for the app and also feature in our webinars and Pitstop Live events.

What else does Pitstop do?

In addition to the Pitstop mobile app, we publish articles regularly, as well as a podcast and other resources too.

How does the app work?

The app focuses to what truly matters to you – health, mindset, finance, relationships, career and leisure. Set a reminder and begin each day in the Today tab of the app, with personalized actions and content aligned with your goals. Pitstop simplifies habit-building: straightforward, effective, and to the point.

How do I see my progress?

Navigate to the Your Journey tab in the app to view your current progress in the Wheel of Life, as well as a summary of your total pitstops, completed quick wins and habits, saved learnings, and completed actions.

What is the Wheel of Life?

The Wheel of Life is a proven tool, used by coaches for decades, that lets you self-score key areas of your life—mindset, relationships, career, health, leisure, and finance—to evaluate where you are and where you want to be.

How does my  Wheel of Life score change?

Adopt new habits to boost your scores across all Wheel of Life categories.

Your total score, the ‘Life Score,’ reflects your overall well-being. The app serves as your guide to enhancing this score and creating a better life.

Can I favorite content to read or listen to later?

Yes, just click the icon in the top right corner of the brief's summary page. It will be saved in the Your Journey tab, allowing you to read and listen anytime.

How often is new content added to the app?

New content is added to the app twice a week—every Monday and Friday.

What happens if I complete a quick win?

Completed Actions will disappear from your Today page, but can be found at any time by following these steps:

- Go to the Your Journey tab
- Scroll to the bottom of the page
- Click on Completed Actions

How can I see a list of my habits and quick wins?

Yes, for all habits and quick wins that have not yet been completed, simply go to the Today tab in the app and they will be listed. To view those that have been ticked off, follow these steps:

- Go to the Your Journey tab
- Scroll to the bottom of the page
- Click on Completed Actions

How can I set up reminders?

When you download the app and are taken through the onboarding process, you will be prompted to set up a daily reminder at a time that is convenient for you. You can change the timing of this reminder, or turn it off at any time by following these steps:

- Go to the Your Journey tab
- Select the settings cog in the top right corner
- Scroll to the Take a Pitstop section and tweak the settings there

How do I change my focus?

Simply click on 'Change Focus' on the Today tab and follow the suggested steps.

Can I access Pistop offline without internet connection?

The app requires an internet connection to access its content.

I just purchased a subscription but my account did not update

If you purchased a subscription to Pitstop and do not have access, just log out and log back in again to your account. That should refresh your account and allow you to move forward with your Pitstop Journey.

How do I get the latest version of the Pitstop app?

To download the newest version of the Pitstop app, follow the steps below:

iOS:
- Visit the App Store
- Tap "Updates" in the bottom right corner
- Scroll to the Pitstop app and tap "Update"
- If it is not there, that means you are up to date!

Android:
- Visit the Google Play store
- Open 'Settings' and tap "My apps & games"
- Scroll down to the Pitstop app and tap "Update"
- If it is not there, that means you are up to date!

What device requirements are there?

The Pitstop app is currently optimized for:

- Apple Devices (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch) with an operating system of iOS 15 or above
- Android Devices (phones and tablets) with an operating system of 7.0 or above

For the best Pitstop experience, we do recommend updating your operating system to the latest available version.

My session is freezing. What can I do?

If your session is freezing, there may be a software conflict affecting your device. We recommend deleting the app and reinstalling it. If you continue to experience issues, please contact us at support@takeapitstop.com

How can I review my subscription details

If you purchased your subscription via Apple App Store:
- Open the Settings app
- Tap on your name
- Tap "Subscriptions"

If you purchased your subscription via Google Play:
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap Menu (3 small horizontal lines) next to "Google Play"
- Tap Subscriptions

How do I switch my Pitstop subscription from a Monthly to an Annual Subscription OR Annual to Monthly

Switching from Monthly to Annual:
You can switch your subscription from monthly to annual by canceling your current subscription and then re-subscribing for an annual subscription. To cancel your current subscription, you will need to cancel your auto-renewal through your device.

Apple App Store:
- Access your device's subscription settings through the Pitstop app 'Manage Subscription' page.
- Tap 'Profile' on your home screen and then choose the gear icon in the upper left corner
- Tap 'Manage Subscription'
- On the next page, tap the word 'here' to be redirected to your phone's Apple subscription settings
- Once there, you should see the Pitstop subscription listed with an option to cancel.  
- If you see Pitstop listed, but it only shows an expiration date and no option to cancel, then the subscription has already been canceled

Google Play:
- Either open the Google Play Store app and then select 'My Apps' and look for the Subscriptions tab, or go to the Google Play Store website, click 'Account' in the left-hand menu
- Scroll down to the Subscriptions section

Switching from Annual to Monthly:
Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change your annual subscription to a monthly subscription. You can cancel the subscription on your device following the instructions above, but since you've already paid, even if you cancel you'll still have access to the premium content until the annual subscription ends next year.

Do you have gifting subscription options?

Not at present. Please check back soon for further updates.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your Pitstop subscription please follow the steps below:

If you purchased your subscription via Apple App Store:
- Open the Settings app
- Tap on your name
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select the Pitstop subscription
- Tap "Cancel Subscription" to disable it from auto-renewing at the end of the current billing cycle

If you purchased your subscription via Google Play:
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap Menu (3 small horizontal lines) next to "Google Play"
- Tap Subscriptions
- Find the subscription you want to cancel
- Tap Cancel

How do I pause my subscription

To pause your Pitstop subscription please follow the steps below:

If you purchased your subscription via Apple App Store:
- Open the Settings app
- Tap on your name
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select the Pitstop subscription
- Tap "Pause Subscription" to disable it from auto-renewing at the end of the current billing cycle

If you purchased your subscription via Google Play:
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap Menu (3 small horizontal lines) next to "Google Play"
- Tap Subscriptions
- Find the subscription you want to cancel
- Tap Pause

Do you offer corporate and business packages for the Pitstop app?
